Works well without stomach distress . Note: Recommended dose is 5 capsules per day. I would suggest more like one capsule per day until you know how your body reacts. One per day works for me.

This product is good because it offers effective digestion support without any artificial colors. After 10 months of use, I've seen a significant improvement in my digestion, all thanks to this product. My only gripe? For those of us who struggle with large pills, a smaller size would be a great improvement. Nevertheless, a solid choice for dietary fibers.

Everything You Need for Digestion Health all in one Capsule

No smell, good value for money, very easy to use.

I was taking 5 as recommended but it bloated my stomach badly and I drank enough water. I drank 8 ounces with 1 pill on top of water throughout the day. I take 2 in the AM and 1 at night and have since pooped once a day at least. I'd say, start our slow and work your way up to the 5 a day. They work great but please drink water with them and throughout the day. I recommend these for sure
