Everything is perfect in figure except the ankle is elevated more than 90 degrees, which wont let it stands straight

the pegholes for the extra hands are too small to fit on the wrist so I have to go in and stretch it out or cut it with a razor. It should not have been like this. And this is the second one I got with the same issue since I returned the first
