My husband bought this. It cut his gums because it didn't fit well. And he still snored! 😖😴

This is a product that really works, but unfortunately not for everyone. Customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty. I was looking for something that would help open my airway at night and help me sleep. I wanted something that would either move my lower jaw forward or keep my tongue from sliding back. This device does both. The fitting was relatively easy and once I had it fitted, it stayed in place well. I wore it for a bit before bedtime to start getting use to it and found that while wearing it I could not force myself to snore no matter how hard I tried. It was a little uncomfortable, but no more so than a night guard that my dentist had made to cure my TMJ many years ago. It popped out in the middle of the night just as my TMJ night guard, that cost many hundreds of dollars more, used to do. Unfortunately in the morning I notice a slight twinge of TMJ for the first time in years. Also I have a misaligned tooth in my lower jaw that had become very painful. Customer service was ready to give me some special instructions to refit the device to my jaw, based on my special problems. Unfortunately for me, by the end of the call they decided that this version of the Zyppah was not going to work for me. Instead I got a number of helpful suggestions about sleep pillows, sleep positions and even aroma therapy for me to try. My money was refunded. I was told a new version would be going into production before the end of the year that may work for people like me. I will be waiting eagerly.

I like the purpose it has and it definitely keeps your lower jaw forward and tongue in place but it is hard plastic and uncomfortable even after a good molding. It is also tiny I thought it might be a kids size but I guess that is by design. I am still snoring with it per a sleeping app that tracks my breathing and sounds at night. I did read to give it a chance. I have used it for two nights the first night it fell out, second night remained in mouth all night but my jaw really was sore. I am determined to stop my snoring. I would buy it thru the actual company vs on Amazon because I did not receive packaging and it felt like I paid a lot of money $100 for a small piece of plastic. I will keep giving it a shot and hopefully have good things to say about the device in the future. *********Update it has stopped my snoring give it a little time to get used to. I recommend to all loud snoring people. Best product life changing

This does have a good low profile as far as The vertical height of the product ,however the width of the product is not sufficient. My teeth are wider than the product my tongue will not fit in between the rear of the product so it is very uncomfortable. The strap that is in the center of the mouthpiece also is very uncomfortable in that ,it gags me in the middle of the night. I start out OK with no gagging but after 30 minutes to an hour I cannot take it any longer and it becomes very uncomfortable and I’m unable to keep it in my mouth without gagging I do believe that the strap could be beneficial producing a lengthening of the tongue pushing it forward and improving sleep apnea obstruction however I cannot tolerate something pressing on the rear of my tongue. I would think that this apparatus would cause a substantial portion of people to gag. However I gag when I try to brush the rear of my teeth or my tongue so perhaps I have a very sensitive gag reflex and am unable to use this product. I would think that prostitutes with sleep apnea would do well with this product.

It slipped of my teeth and dug into my gums. It caused my teeth to move and it misaligned my jaw. It work only occasionally to reduce my snoring. tried to send it back but missed the deadline. Also the most expensive device like this on the market!

I snore so bad I wake up the whole house. I bought this device and it fix my snoring immediately. I now use a CPAP however if you can’t afford a CPAP this will do the same thing for most people. I still use the Zyppah when I go camping or overnight trips where lugging my CPAP is just to much work. If the price tag seems high trust me, your partner will thank you for your purchase. In addition, the device takes a week or two to get use to, for me it pulled my lower jaw forward to much. If this seems to be the case heat it back up remold it but position your jaw at a more comfortable angle. The Zyppah is 100 percent Badass!!! Highly recommend it! Finally an affordable solution for snoring that works!!!

After boiling the mouth guard and biting down to create an impression, I noticed the strap was irritating the surface of my tongue. So I followed the instruction pamphlet and tried to keep it in my mouth for an extended period of time to help me get used to the feel, but the strap was rubbing my tongue raw in this one place. So I would put it in my mouth while I was working on my laptop and would take it out because it does go deeper in my mouth that I assumed. I tried to wear it to bed but it was too uncomfortable and kept taking it out. It cannot be returned through Amazon or refunded through Amazon. I hope it works for you and you get some sleep 😴!

I’ve tried a few different moldable snore stopper mouth guards and this one, by far, was the worst. I figured, oh this one must be the best one because it’s the most expensive and it has that special little tongue stopper thing. I’ll take a chance on this price. Rubbish. The fit is terrible. It’s too small for an adult mouth. And oh yes, I purchased the adult version. The lousy reviews are true. Don’t waste your money, just buy one of the other more common brands available for a 1/3 of the price.
