Pretty Awesome (with caveats)
Review one month after install... OK, so first of all, set your expectations here. This is a fairly lightweight, water (REPELLENT) awning at a great price. It is not portrayed to be Sunbrella fabric or a heavy duty waterproof vinyl awning. As long as you keep that in mind, you'll be pleased with your purchase. My goal was to replace the heavy duty waterproof awning that came with my manual SunSetter awning. I like to keep my awning out pretty much year round so that was "the ideal" but the $400-$500 cost to get a manufacturer replacement just seemed out of line so I decided to go with this. PROS: + PRICE -- YOU SIMPLY CANNOT BEAT THIS PRICE FOR A FINISHED, READY TO INSTALL FABRIC! + Variety -- nice selection of styles and I'm tempted to get a different type just to change things up sometime. + Fairly easy to install - against recommendation, I did this alone and found the biggest issue was in the design of the Sunsetter frame so I can't blame Aleko. + Lets the sun through but blocks (most) of the heat and rain. (I chose the light Ivory color so of course your color choice will affect this.) CONS: - Creases are still showing in the awning from where it was folded for shipment, not a deal breaker. - Awning is water RESISTANT, not WATERPROOF. It'll stand up to a light/medium rain, but once it's saturated it begins to drip a bit (again, not a deal breaker thus far and honestly once its raining that hard there's more wind/spray under the awning anyway so a bit of a moot point.) I may try a spray on water-proofer but haven't yet. Catch 22's - (For my personal application) - I thought I read that someone used this to replace their SunSetter (Manual) awning fabric. I found that it was too "deep" after installation (that is, the awning was not tight when fully unrolled) so the awning still wraps around where the valence would go and I couldn't use it). My assessment is the sizing is for the electric awning versions that require the extra depth to remain rolled. I considered altering it after the fact but thus far haven't figured it worth the ROI. o This is per my personal purpose... The lightweight fabric probably won't hold up to the severity of weather that my original SunSetter fabric did (and that stood up incredibly to severe thunderstorms so that's a really high bar). o I figure I'll need to buy a new replacement next year, but again, a catch 22 with the price and the fact that after being out so much of the year, it'll be so much easier to replace than clean (even if it does last through the year). So all told, an EXCELLENT choice as long as you keep your expectations within the limits of what it is.

Great Replacement Fabric
I've a SunSetter manual awning on my house for 13 years and the fabric ended up with a huge tear in it from birds picking at a small hole. To replace it with genuine SunSetter fabric would be way too costly. This material is a far more affordable alternative. It's much lighter, as this is a canvas-like polyester. It's water repellent - NOT waterproof. But because it's polyester, most waterproofing applications will actually cause the fabric to disintegrate, so buyer beware. Putting the cording into the hemlines is a real chore, but I just did it while watching something on TV, so that hour plus didn't really seem that tedious, even with a hand cramp. Aside from these minor things, this fabric is definitely worth getting. For one, it's cheap. In comparison to other "name brand" fabrics, this is far and away the best deal. Two, it looks nice. I bought the gray and white striped fabric and it's printed very cleanly. The valance seems a little bit off, but nothing that would make me want to cringe in disgust every time I cranked out the awning. Because of the price and choices of colors, if the hardware for my awning lasts a few more years, I may buy several different colors for a bit of variety year after year. Three, it seems sturdy enough to last a couple seasons. Even if I have to replace it by the end of next year, it is still completely worth it because of the price. But nonetheless, because I just installed the fabric, I have yet to see how well it holds up to the elements. Still, if you need to replace the fabric on your awning, this ALEKO material is (in my opinion) the best route.

Good value
Good product. I had to trim the width a few inches to make it the correct size. Easy to do if you have a sewing machine. Good replacement on two Arquati awnings. Happy with the results.

Don't forget the sline
Went in fairly easy and I was by myself. This awning does not include new spline which I would recommend. I would have gladly have paid a few extra bucks, I had to use the old one that was broken in one spot which made it more difficult.

Replacement awning fabric.
If you are a DIYer, this product will save you a lot of cash. Fits my retractable awning perfectly. Has held up to the weather nicely. Shades the house. We sit under it daily, very satisfied.

Great deal for the money.
I had a very hard time finding replacement canopy for my electric 20 foot long by 10 foot deep awning on my home. This was an AwnTech awning, which was over 20 years old. The old awning canopy had disintegrated for the most part. The spines that came with the awning to hold the awning into the frame were perfect replacements for the AwnTech awning. I highly recommend this product. I don’t know how long it will last, but the material seemed reasonably sturdy. We were replacing the awning, because the old awning had deteriorated away and it was time to sell the house. This was much cheaper than anything else I was able to find and much cheaper than replacing the entire unit, it took three of us about two hours to install. We really didn’t watch any videos or anything or read any instructions. We simply figured it out as we went along and everything worked out. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Smaller than advertised
Seller description indicates that these are 12x10 feet. Upon opening package and measuring it turned out to be 11x10 feet. Purchased 4 of them and decided to keep them because mine were in really bad shape. Have about 6 inches on each side where the frame has no curtain. Other than that, material feels good quality and installation was not overly complicated. Just wish that seller had shipped the 12x10 feet as advertised.

I am really glad I waited a few years before I rated this product. Had I rated it the day I installed it would have been a five star. But time is taking its toll on this material. I don't mind that it faded so much but it also Doesn't clean very easily. For example when a bird nests on top of the cover.:(

I was pleasantly surprised to find this product at such a great price. By ordering this product and installing it myself I saved almost 10x the amount I was quoted by other companies for replacement fabric with installation included. Of course, I had to install this myself, but it was very simple to do. The fabric seems to be of good quality. It is completely waterproof (I've sat out in the rain a few times now and zero drips). I can't comment on the long-term durability, but I'd have to replace this 10 x before it equaled the cost of the other quotes I got for one installed replacement, so this is most definitely an incredible value. Very happy with this purchase would highly recommend.

Great value but started fading almost immediately.

I ordered this replacement awning cover to fit our awning frame and it worked perfectly. Fairly easy to instal but easier with 2 people. It is a bit tricky feeding the plastic cord through and it would likely be easier if the cord was straightened out and warmed in the sun to get the kinks out first. The sand colour was good with our beige cottage and the material is good quality. I would buy this again.
