I’ve had excellent results with this formulation of berberine. The HCL formulation tore my bowels up badly, this phytosome berberine has been great. My appetite has gone down. I used to want to eat constantly and I realized today, I don’t think about food all the time anymore. When I eat, I discovered I don’t eat nearly as much I have always ate prior. I take one a day with my first meal of the day. It’s been working.
