This is my second unit from this brand. My first one was a smaller model, and I wanted a larger system this time. The grow light is noticeably brighter compared to other brands, which I really like. The size is perfect for what I was looking for, although the water tank holds closer to eight liters rather than the ten liters I initially expected. Assembly was simple, and the design is very sleek. Out of all the growing systems I have seen so far, this one feels the most stylish. One thing to note is that you should place it on a flat surface before filling it with water. When I filled it elsewhere, the body slightly warped and the top plate did not fit properly, but once moved to a flat table, it worked fine. I also assumed the light would turn on immediately when powered, but it requires holding the button for three seconds. I struggled a bit at first because I did not read the instructions carefully. The water level is not visible from the outside, and it seems the system notifies you with a light when water is needed. I plan to update my review once I see how well that function works.

Broke after a week they're sending a new one

So has so many more features than my old aerogarden which I thought was advanced. It has the time built in so it knows when to come on and off and has caps for plant plugs not in use! I’m so used to getting some tin foil and covering any holes I am not using so this was a nice surprise. It also has stakes you can put in for taller plants to keep them in the lane so that’s cool!

The instructions say that the light should be six inches above your plants but the height won't lower that far. Why would a product fail to comply with their own instructions. Not useful. Gave one star because zero wasn't an option.

Some items are not clear such as water level. There were some plastic burrs around pump out put which needed a bit of sanding. But it's working now and I am happy with it.

The light mode keeps changing by itself and the timer doesn’t work properly. *Update* This seller reached out with an offer to make things right. I appreciate good customer service and will give their products another try in the future.
