Bought this as a gift for my married daughter's birthday this spring. It's the perfect size, not too small and not too large. I have found that 1.0 carat is too small for my tastes. I have fallen in love with mystic topaz having received a pendant and earrings for Christmas last year and a ring today on Valentine's Day! This stone is subtle and yet brilliant. If you love clear jewel tones you'll like these.

I got these in conjunction with a mystic topaz necklace for my girlfriend. They are beautiful. The look they provide reminds me of simple pearl studs - very classy, very beautiful, but simple. My girlfriend absolutely loves them because she can wear them with normal clothing or out to a nice dinner. The stones are very colorful and light - not like some I've seen. They are mostly green and pink, with some purple showing through. The colors change with light and angle shifts. I would definitely buy these again.

These earrings are so much beautiful then the picture, I have many mystic topaz jewelry pieces ranging in price and by FAR these earrings are up there with the best in such brilliant colors. I wear them all the time, even sleep in them as they are so comfortable to wear! I can't wait to get the the mystic topaz ring I ordered too!

Are you kidding? These earrings were so small I had to get my magnifying glass just to see them. The way they are photographed and displayed are extremely misleading. They might be nice for a young child or teen, but not an adult. The merchant, and by extension Amazon.com, are advertising products that appear to be something they're not. It's pretty shady if you ask me. Previously I ordered similar earrings...that I can't wear because of the size problem, so I was hoping this pair would be different, but to my not-surprised dismay, they were not. I will NEVER buy jewelry from Amazon.com again!
