**Q: Is this paste spicy? They mae ploy is too spicy to me.**
A: If Mae Ploy is too spicy for you then this may be too spicy for you.  That being said, you can adjust the spice level a lot depending on how much you use- - and still have good flavor.

**Q: What are the ingredients? Seller please update photos to include ingredient list**
A: The ingredients can be found towards the bottom of the listing, and repeated here:  Dried red chili 20%, shallot, lemon grass, garlic, salt, galangal, kaffir lime zest, coriander seed, cumin powder, rice bran oil, 100% freshly squeezed lemon juice and cumin. We'll try to get an image that shows them on the bottle.

**Q: How long will this last in the refrigerator after opening?**
A: Don't know but when I ordered I got and different of curry, not sure that they have the Pangang

**Q: Is there a discount on shipping for multiple bottle orders?**
A: Not at this time, however there are 3 packs and even a 5 flavor sampler that have help save unit and shipping cost, and even some larger economy size jars here on amazon.
