Awful support *by J***B on January 5, 2025* I liked the massager and used it most days for a single 15 minute cycle. I wish it was a bit tighter on the calves, but its still fine as is. After having it for only a few months though, its completely dead. It actually died while tight on my feet and I had a bit of struggle to get out of it. It doesn't move anymore and stays in this position. The lights come on, but the motors do nothing. I reached out to support who asked me for a picture of the serial number, video evidence of the issue, and order details which I provided promptly. Its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard another word from them even though I proactively reached out after 1 week. its an expensive gamble to buy this. EDIT: I did eventually get in contact with support and they replaced the massager.
