Great company to work with.
The first one broke in transit and was replaced fairly quickly, then when installing the second one theinner door shattered and when we contacted the company for a replacement door they again replaced it very quickly, it’s all in and the wife loves it. So that of. Corse makes me happy camper.

Great until it's not
Top came bent. Installed by a professional. Less that a yr later about 2am i hear a loud crash like someone was trying to break in. After investigating i find my shower door shattered everywhere. What a mess. Weird that it just shattered out of no where and only one side. Nothing hit it at any point. After and before pictures.

Very happy with purchase
The door looks great and was very easy to install. Nothing was broken in transit and it arrived a day earlier than expected. I'd recommend having a professional install it to avoid any mistakes or accidents though.

Great product.
The quality of this shower door is outstanding. I installed the system myself. IF YOU READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS a cannot go wrong. We are very happy with our choice and look forward to many years of Use. Bottom line is that my wife is very happy and that is a big thing to me

Perfect
I enjoy the shower door from the moment it left the box and was installed.I really like how it slides smoothly and stays on the hinges just the way it should.The only thing I don’t like is the keeping it clean

Heavy product came damaged!
Product took time to install. Especially because the frame came bent and we had to bang out the frame. It was too heavy to have it replaced. Glass was also slightly chipped. Not happy with product but used it anyway because it was in need and we could not wait for a replacement.

Frame Arrived dented
Frame arrived dented. Could not get a hold of customer service at the company. Amazon said they did not deal with it and said I had to ship it back and maybe they could adjust the price but I had to return the frame and the huge, heavy shower door. I am 74 years old so that was not happening. I tried to contact the manufacturer customer service several times and there was no answer. The call would finally be disconnected from their end. Finally I contacted a local bath company. They ordered the pieces for me but this was an expensive, time consuming fix that should not have happened. Now that it is put up, the shower door is great, but not sure I would order it again because no one backs it up and although the box was damaged when it arrived, I think the frame had to be bent/actually smashed from the factory. The end was severely bent but the glass was not cracked or broken.
