Love this tap! Replaced a cheaper mixer tap that had stopped working. No more cold water shocks over the head when switching from bath to shower, no dripping in between settings, easy temperature control with gradual & comfortable change from cold to hot. Sleek, stylish, simple design. Mine is deck mounted and fits well with the pillar unions I had. I also replaced my shower hose - chain-like, stretchy and very difficult to clean - with the hansgrohe shower hose, which I can also highly recommend! Extremely pleased.

Great make, great products. Big name costs more, but generally you can rely on getting a quality product. This is such an item. Very pleased and a fair price as well :-)

Stylish, sturdy and minimalistic. This mixer replaced the previous one which had started to drip, also a Hansgrohe, and which had lasted around 8 years. Straightforward to fit. Delivery was from Germany (which I hadn’t anticipated), so it took 3 days to arrive, but worth the wait.

Our bar shower had been playing up for some time, the temperature was either luke warm or cold and it dripped continuously, so were were on the lookout for a replacement. After contacting a couple of plumbers and obtaining quotes in excess of £300 to replace ours we thought about looking at alternatives. After checking out the more known brands we stumbled upon this one due to its customer rating. It arrived very quickly and although the instructions were rather IKEA like, we watched a YouTube video and cracked on. It was installed within 5 minutes. I used a cooking thermometer to check the temperature and we were pleased that no adjustments were required. It has an eco function which limits water supply but I find this adequate for all your showering needs. My only niggle was that Amazon reduced the price by £30 the day after we had it delivered. Overall: super easy to install, looks clean and does what you want it to do!

Top quality mixer tap and not put a foot wrong over the years. I recently noticed a build-up of limescale in between the handle joints, which made turning the shower on a bit of an effort and not a natural feel so this weekend I completely dismantled the unit for some long-overdue maintenance. I soaked both the thermostat cartridge and shut off unit in a 1:1 water/white vinegar solution for nearly two hours and also descaled the O-rings. I also removed the limescale between the handles and main unit. The handles now perform the original smooth action. I've been really lazy, but will attend to regular maintenance in the future to ensure longevity of this great product and Hansgrohe website does make it clear that the unit requires regular maintenance.

Needed to replace our aging bath/shower mixer tap as the temperature control had become very stiff and difficult to move. We have some Hansgrohe bathroom accessories that we're very pleased with, and have used Hansgrohe taps when staying in hotels and thought them to be good, so decided to try one for ourselves. Fitting was straightforward enough, the tap looks good and all works well, EXCEPT that it didn't shut off properly. The drip rate was very, very slow but this was a brand new tap from a quality manufacturer, so shouldn't drip at all. I contacted Hansgrohe three times using the email address provided on their website and failed to get any response whatsoever. I ended up having to phone them and, to give credit where it's due, they sent out a new off/on valve straight away with no quibbles. This was easy to fit and fixed the problem. No more drips. We are very happy with the tap but less so with Hansgrohe customer services. Bonnie was great on the phone but why give out an email address if you have no intention of responding to it? Very poor from that aspect.

I made the major mistake of purchasing shower taps that did not have a thermostatic control when we switched to a condensing gas boiler. Whilst it was possible to set the shower temperature it had to be constantly regulated depending what was drawing cold water when showering. After a few months I decided to purchase a thermostatic control and have never looked back. This control head is excellent and holds the temperature immaterial if other items in the house are using water, the controls are very easy to turn and it looks extremely well. Wish I had bought it first time round and not wasted the money on the non thermostatic taps, a rather expensive lesson that hopefully other readers can benefit from.

Franchement pas déçu par cet achat, s'installe facilement, fonctionne très bien et semble de bonne qualité en plus il est plutôt chouette.

Je n'utilise plus que ce modele pour toute les rénovations de Salle de Bain. C'est de bien meilleure qualité que Grohe qui a beaucoup de pièces plastiques. Le modèle Crometta a le corps en métal et fonctionne depuis 4 ans sans soucis malgré une eau très calcaire. Seul regret, la fixation de la douchette n'a que 2 positions d'inclinaison. Mais je chipote.
