Adjustable cushion works Great !!!!
I use this ever day ,I am the Lead receiver for a Lowe's in FL, I drive fork truck and unload many trucks a day.This cushion has helped me greatly. I have problem with my Sciatic nerve flare up .

Makes a big difference on long flights
I fly long distances in small spaces. This solidly-built cushion makes it all much more bearable. The combination of inflatable and memory foam makes a big difference. Memory foam alone compresses so as to put you right back on the airplane seat, while the inflatable pillows tend to lack structural support and a tailbone cut-out. This thing is big and kind of heavy but can be rolled up pretty well with the air forced out. Recommended!

Not What Expected
The description of the cushion is not accurate. It is much larger than expected. Thus, if you are traveling with it, expect another carry-on item. This company then refused to accept a return. Don't buy. I don't trust a company that is not reasonable and customer centric.

Well made but...
I got this for my 2009 Hyundai Elantra which has a deserved reputation for a rough ride. I realized that some of the problem is the lack of sufficient cushion in the seat bottom. I had a little headroom to play with so I bought one of these. I put it in the car fully inflated and found myself with my head crunched into the roof and looking straight into the visor. If you need some extra height this will do it. I had to deflate this almost all the way before I had sufficient head clearance and because it felt a little like I was wiggling back forth on a balloon. Deflation decreased that sensation. All that being said, even mostly deflated it does absorb the shock of bumps in the road significantly which is what I got it for. I have to rearrange the position almost everyone I get in the car but it works for what I intended pretty well.
