We love our Nugget Ice Maker! Nugget Ice is definitely the best:) Super easy to clean the machine and to dispense the ice. Definitely recommend distilled water for clean ice and less material build up in tubes though. Unfortunately, after slightly over a month it stopped making ice. We quickly got in contact with their customer support and they responded via email within the next 12 hours. After explaining the situation and sending videos of our machine and potential steps to fix, they were also quick to respond and immediately shipped another machine free of charge for replacement. 4 stars for the machine, only because the first was defective. But, definitely 5 stars for the customer service and how convenient it was to get it replaced.
