The track is exactly as advertised, is stronger than you might expect, and allows very quick movement and attachment of the various fittings. My only caution would be to choose the right mounting screws: the heads must be truly flush with the track, otherwise they interfere with the fittings. In my case, since I used 1/4"-20 stainless flat-head socket screws to attach track to trailer rails, I found that I needed to countersink the track a little more deeply to get that flush fit. Heavy duty track I use mostly to secure bicycles and what ever else needs to be secured. I have it in numerous places high and low to give options for multiple tie down points.
