Since the title states, "Divorce w/o Court," I was hoping it also would provide guidance on how to fill out paperwork, etc, but it does not. If you wish to use mediation or use a collaborative means (which is a great way to go, in my opinion), then a fine tool.

Nolo is a great resource
Nolo has always served me well. I just think the title is a bit misleading. This book is ALL about mediation or collaborative divorce. Since the title states, "Divorce w/o Court," I was hoping it also would provide guidance on how to fill out paperwork, etc, but it does not. If you wish to use mediation or use a collaborative means (which is a great way to go, in my opinion), then a fine tool.
