The first bra I ordered from this brand was a 52DDD and it was WAY too large. The underwires kept digging into my arms like another reviewer said. So my second bra is a 52D and LET ME TELL YOU!!! WOW! just WOW!!. The fabric is AMAZINGLY breathable! Once you adjust the straps for a tight fit, you're good to go! I'm a social transformation officer, which means I spend LONG hours in the community; I call this my 24hr bra because I put it on at like 6am when I head out and don't get back home till like 9pm... and the girls stay in place! The straps are comfortable! This line of bras seem to run big so my sincere advice would be to go at least 2 cup sizes smaller than your usual. In terms of chest size they seem to have that pretty good. I've worn wired bras for 22ish years now. This is by far the MOST comfortable bra with a wire that I've ever worn!! It's a little strange at first. It's almost like you're putting on a regular underwire bra backwards. It's so comfy though!! All of the awkward feeling material that covers the wire is on the outside of the bra so it isn't pushing up against your skin. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is a very small tag with a pink flower that it that's stitched into the left side of the band on the bottom and the corner of it pokes me. I think I'm going to remove it with my seam ripper. It's definitely nothing that should keep you from purchasing the bra.
