I have been using it every day for about four months now. Excellent product and well built w/stainless steel. Towels come out steaming hot after 30 minutes. I purchased the cabinet for my personal home use. I usually place two hot towels on my face one after another so that in about 10 to 15 minutes my skin is moist enough to begin shaving. The facial hair just glides right off the skin. No nicks, no cuts or rashes anymore. Very sorry I didn't buy this product years ago. I use Gillette Trac II razor. Important point to note about these type of products is that they must reach about 170 degrees with sustained temperature throughout. The Cedergren Hot Towel Warmer Cabinet has consistently performed this desired feat every time I've used it. Before I purchased the Cedergren I bought a Mini-Cabinet of another brand. I returned the mini-cab in about 4 days because it took two hours just to heat up the towels and they were nothing like piping hot towels as advertised. So I sent it back and purchased the Cedergren and here it will stay.

I thought this product wasnt made in china.pissed to find out it was. They product crap products that generally dont last. This unit sweats out a lot of ater more then the tiny trey beneath can handle .tray is way too small. There is only on temperature and its too hot.if i didnt want to go through the hassle off boxing lugging and in instant need of this i would take it back

Works well. Love the ozoneDownside... it takes almost 40min for me to warm up 3 hand towels. Much longer than any other cabbie I have had.

First comment, the quality is so poor

I purchased the Cedergren towel warmer after years of searching for the right one for heat and size parameters. I have used it since last October and I and my clients enjoy it. It is the perfect size for a dozen hot wash cloths, the window is lit up in blue indicating the ionizer/sanitizer is working which is very pleasant. My therapy clients have appreciated their improved experience and the best part is Cedergren is committed to their product.The company is encouraging with immediate responses to e-mails and from what I can tell is wanting their product to be met with satisfaction and encourages that with feedback. Great size for under Massage table

The picture was white but the item that arrived was a PURPLE color. I may have to send it back due to the color
