Awersome!!
I had used a different brand of thumb picks, and I would constantly snag the pick with the loop... this pick by Dunlop is perfect... I have not had any snags at all, it fits much better and a little thicker. Just feels nice and solid which I like.

Finally, Found One That FITS... Note: They're adjustable!
I'm a hefty guy with fairly wide thumbs so finding a thumbpick that fits comfortably is a task in a half. I tried Nationals, forget it, not even close. I tried John Pearse and with a little heat-n-adjustment (I'll explain that in a sec) they fit really nice, BUT, the pick part is too short for me, doesn't stick out enough, I keep missing the strings. That's just how I play but the Pearse picks are comfortable. But now I have found thumbpick bliss with the Dunlops. Granted, out of the bag they are not quite right... the top part with the logo curves into my finger too much and digs in, I need it flatter. So I Googled a bit and discovered that tossing the pick for 8 seconds in my microwave (1000w unit for the scientifically minded) makes it perfectly moldable! I "uncurve" the top part a bit and then open the thumbpick up a little to make the opening bigger overall, and I am one happy picker. Fits perfectly. I have NOT tried this on the tortoise shell versions, it may work the same but the plastic compound may be different, not sure. But for the white ones, it's a dream come true. The pick part sticks out just enough for my liking, but certainly test that before yyou buy a bag of 50, lol. Final thought: I heard Tommy Emmanuel mention in an interview that he buys a big bag of Dunlops (Medium), goes through and finds the few that fit right and gives away the rest. So the picks are obviously a bit different in shape and opening size (as you would expect, it's plastic) but with the microwave trick you can pretty much make a custom tailored suit for your finger, lol. Somebody hand Tommy a microwave oven. =-)

Old standby thumb pick.
These are the old standby thumb pick. They have a too thick point, which is not as light weight as I like, but they are dependable and fairly comfortable, all things considering. Also great to keep in the case to lend to banjo pickers who have lost theirs.

Needed a Shower
I’m glad I had earlier read that you should order the large even when you normally would order a medium. Yes they could be stretched I guess but at the price point they are you should not have to be bothered doing so. Speaking of price, after paying for these I wanted to take a shower as I felt violated. These are ridiculously overpriced even by corporate standards these days. I am giving these 3 Stars due to the size issue as well as the pricing which as I said is just outrageously high.

Nice pick.
These pick worked fine for me. I did reshape the picking end a little to better suit me. The pick fits on my thumb comfortably just below the knuckle.

Ongoing Dunlop quality & finish
The usual Dunlop high quality and finish! Being plastic, they eventually wear when used with metal guitar strings, so every few years I need to buy a replacement pack. I buy the 12 pack to ensure backup, in case I lose one at playing sessions. !2 pack price is slightly lower than the typical 1-piece music store price.

Unless you have tiny hands, get the XL
I bought this thinking a large was for large hands like mine, however it feels like my thumb is about to fall off. After about six minutes of playing, my thumb begins to turn blue. They sound great, however they're just too small for me.
