The case to start was amazing and I love it so much. I use lots of cases on my phone, this one by far is the perfect combo between slim, strong, and good looking. After switching in between cases for a month of two the bottom volume button was not as tactile as it was when I got it. So I contacted customer service and they were absolutely AMAZING within a day or two, the issued had been resolved by them sending me a case in whatever color I wanted.Amazing case and amazing service. This is the case to buy.

When I first received the case, I noticed the volume down button was very difficult to press, compared to the other buttons. Everything else about the case was, and still is, great. It is very durable and easily customizable.In order to fix my button issue, I submitted a ticket on the support page of the Rhinoshield website, and a day later I was contacted by a staff member. After a few emails she decided to send an entirely new replacement, and even offered to apply a discount for any additional accessories I might want.I'm overall very happy with the case and the support team at Rhinoshield.

DO NOT BUY.I have not cracked an iPhone in 6 years and the one time I do not purchase a life proof case this happens.My phone slid off the counter today and barely hit the ground and it cracked. It has only been dropped once! The case is very slippery (especially with the back piece) and easy to almost drop.I’m really upset after reading all the good reviews for the phone to crack once after sliding off the counter.

The RhinoShield case that I purchased is a great case. It fits my phone perfectly and the material of the case itself is very high quality. The case is very hard to take off, but after a few tries, I got the technique down. However, there was only one problem with my purchase, my case was bent which caused an air bubble to be formed when used. I contacted their great customer service, and in only a few days, they were prepared to send me a replacement case free of charge. They were a great help and I love their product.

The modular nature of this case is the best part in my opinion. However, it still doesn't feel like a gimmick. It is still a solid case that feels very comparable to the Presidio cases by Speck. Overall amazing case that allows you to swap all of the components with new ones that can be bought on the Rhino Shield website. Great stuff!!

I love the color of this case! This is not my first rhino shield phone case and they don’t disappoint. Although they do get scratched up/discolored from drops, it is super protective and has saved my phone from pretty awful falls. (Including face down on concrete). Overall slim, lightweight, and protective, I definitely recommend.

Love this case. adds little to no bulk to the phone. It is a little slippery at first but after some use it gets less slippery. Would highly recommend.

Love the case for its small but protective design. The back piece broke with one Drop and the cast stains with denim. I was upset the backing broke so soon.

Bumber vraiment fin et ergonomique.Rempli pleinement son rôle protecteur de L’Iphone XS. (Avis après plusieurs chutes et aucune conséquence pour la coque et le téléphone)

Téléphone déjà tombé 4 fois et bien protégé !Un peu cher à l’achat mais vaut le coup si on regarde le prix d’une vitre d’IPhone…

Ma mettere l’istruzione? Difficile per 30€ , spiegare che ci sono due opzioni una con e una senza plexiglas sul retro. Speriamo che almeno resistenza funziona perché il plexiglas sembra troppo duro e spero che non ha un punto di rottura alto

Une coque résistante, qui répond a mes besoins. J'en ai acheter 2 de couleur différente, et respecte leurs part du contrat ^^.
