A: As seen in the product photo, the black and red knobs are the power output. At the center of each knob is a hole that will accept a standard banana style probe. Additionally, the knobs can be loosened and a wire or “c-style” terminal can be placed behind and the knob tightened.

A: Doubtful. This has a very low amperage output.
