Helps with concentration
My daughter has been taking these for her ADHD for over a year and feels they definitely help with her concentration. They did give her a headache for the first couple of weeks though.

First it seemed like my mood improved after taking them. But after few days i couldn’t notice any difference. So it’s hard to tell if they are worth taking. If i decide to buy tyrosine again i would probably go for a cheaper brand.
