The new LD Systems MEI 100 G2 B 5 In-Ear Monitoring-System with 96 UHF channels offers outstanding sound quality and a large dynamic range in the 584 - 607 MHz band. The system toggles between mono and stereo mode for perfect monitoring for live musicians, actors or speakers. A built-in limiter ensures even, distortion-free sound reproduction with a frequency response of 80Hz - 15 kHz and stands out because of its high signal-to-noise ratio and low total harmonic distortion. The LD MEI 100 G2 permits simultaneous operation of up to 5 systems. Both transmitter and receiver feature multi-functional displays that show all important system information. With high quality batteries, it is possible to attain running times of 10 hours and more. If you plug your headphone into the transmitter's output it sounds good..
They work as their suppose to, however, the bass for the audio that you are listening to is totally lost when using the body pack........If you plug your headphone into the transmitter's output it sounds good...but as for the body pack, NO....I tried to implement this in my in ear monitor system for my band and I used M6 pro & shure se215 in ear monitors instead of the included earphones, but I sent it back because there is literally no bass heard and as a Musical Director I was very disappointed.....To my fellow musicians when it comes to in ear monitor transmitter & body pack we really cant penny pinch..I recommend Shure PSM 300, In my opinion it is expensive and over priced but honestly you wont regret it.

Good entry level IEM
Good entry level IEM. better quality sound than the ld system MEI ONE which i used before.I use this system with a pair of Shure IEMs and they are really clear, and volume level has a good high output. Only thing i would say against this, is if youre an acoustic guitar player, sometimes the really low volume notes, such as very light finger picking sound a bit muffled or faded completely. But im talking really light picking here. Apart from that they are a good system and i will continue to use them in my band. I use duracell 2500mAh rechargeables and i have had the receiver pack on for at least 3 hours with no problems. Instructions say 10hours use but it doesnt say with what batteries....
