I love this crate! I purchased the 36" L x 24" W x 28" H size in December 2017, and still use it to this day (Sept 2025). It fits perfectly in my 2018 Subaru Forester. It is ridiculously durable. Easy to setup or take down for storage. I can't even begin to explain how much usage this thing has seen throughout the years with all our trips and moving. It's probably traveled through at least 15 states, if not more. It's my fur babies safe space when we travel.The fleece bed lasted maybe a year before it was replaced with a more cushioned dog bed. I've also since added a fan in it for better air flow, when the car is fully loaded, and a camera.It was first used by my 65lb yellow lab and is now used by my 95lb lab/pyrenees mix. It is spacious and both can stand up and change positions while on the road. They never were uncomfortable since there is enough room to move around in it easily.It's held up so well that even my friends and family have started to buy it and the quality is still the same. Great purchase!! You will not be disappointed!

The crate is very sturdy and easy to set up and take down. Much lighter than carrying a metal crate around. However, I will not use it for my puppy until he is past the chewing stage. Three is my five cats tested it out and love it!

I bought this to replace another manufacturers crate that I used heavily for agility. The EliteField replacement crate is only being used for my border collie to sleep in. The EliteField crate now used for 3 weeks is well-built with no obvious flaws. It is easy to set up and all of the zippered openings work well. Ventilation is excellent with screened sections on all 4 sides and the top. I like the storage pockets, shoulder strap and carrying/storage bag. I think it's best designed for indoor use as well as car travel when you need to take a crate with you. It's not for rugged (rain, mud) outdoor use unless you have a ground cloth and some type of upper shade (its top is mesh that is not waterproof). Overall I'm very pleased as it works well and fits my use.

These are perfect for my dogs when traveling for dog sports. Lightweight and easy to set up. I had an issue with one of the covers due to trusting a puppy in a soft crate…my bad. I contacted the company and although not covered by their warranty they still replaced the cover after I paid shipping costs. I had the new cover in less than a week. Amazing customer service which you don’t often see these days. Needless to say the puppy will be using a wire crate until he is older. 🙂

This crate is amazing - I don’t know why I didn’t get one decades ago! So portable, so easy to set up, so quiet, and my skittish dog prefers it to her old metal crate. The zippers aren’t industrial-strength YKKs, but they are adequate and work as expected. The only negative is that the quality control on the stitching is subpar. Ours arrived with about half a dozen loose threads that needed to be secured so they didn’t unravel, and two threads that actually crossed the zipper and had to be cut and secured so the zipper could be opened. After about 30 minutes of work (that shouldn’t have been necessary), it is the perfect crate!

I bought this item a few month ago and finally used it on a trip. I have left in my bedroom and my 1 year old Lab/Dane mix enjoys sleeping in it when she is not in the bed. I leave the large mesh up and open. This trip is the first time that I have enclosed her for extended periods of times (6 hours plus) and no supervision. I acclimated her to this crate in short and consistent bursts.Crate is stable, sturdy, and easy to set up. The mesh openings are easy to zip and provide excellent air flow for her. Even though she will occasionally nose or push the mesh with a paw it has sustained no damage. This crate is great for traveling with a large/x large dog in a car. Carrying case is great and stores easily in the trunk of my Sonata even with luggage. The padded lining is flimsy, but I replaced this with one of the 30 by 40 Happy Tails beds you can get for 20 dollars at Home Depot. She still has plenty of leg and head room.I will note that I originally trained her in a steel crate before (ensuring that scratching and chewing had stopped) I started working on fully enclosing her in this one.

Item was described as pre-owned, but arrived in standard packaging and appeared to be good as new. We own an identical soft crate in gray and it is worth every penny. Our fur baby loves it and it makes our trips in our Toyota double cab pick up a joy. We use this one in our vacation home. Did I say that the price was discounted. It would be a great value at full list price. It is sturdy, just the right size, easy to fold and set up, the beige color matches the room where he sleeps, and it is light and easy to carry. No sharp edges with the soft padding. Great ventilation and very flexible access.

Just opened up the package containing this kennel we purchased to replace one our chihuahua destroyed. Appears to be well-made. Entire cover is made of canvas. Especially impressed with the reinforced corners. Assembly was a breeze. Pull the spring-loaded retainers back on the upper rods and slide the two rods together. Release the retainers and assembly is complete. Unfortunately, like all soft-side kennels we have purchased, this product is made in China. Wish the US would make products again. If I have one complaint, it is that the fold-down doors are not detachable. Dogs under stress are compelled to scratch at the doors, which tears the fabric, making the kennel functionally useless. If the doors were detachable, the manufacturers could sell replacement doors which would prevent the need to replace the entire kennel. Consequently, I now have three kennels which must be discarded instead of repaired. A design defect that could be easily remedied. A second, perhaps less-desirable remedy would be to sell a replacement cover, which would negate the need to replace the metal frame.
