This Arnica works very well for muscle aches. Since it’s natural, it’s not as quick as ibuprofen, for example, but it is very effective as a homeopathic. I would choose this over standard medicine for mild to moderate muscle pain. No side effects.

This, and it's other strengths, works really well for healing. We've used it for bruises and other pains and issues where the cause and degree of problem was not apparent and it seems to really help.

Works well for swelling and pain, however if you have IBS take precaution because it can upset stomach occasionally.
