I thought that was a great idea and unlike any others I found, so I ordered them. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I got them right out and couldn't resist trying them because the exercises were staring me right in the face!The drawings are well-done and easy to follow. I found myself looking at the band as I did the exercise to make sure I had the right form as well as to see what my next exercise would be. This was so helpful as opposed to reaching for a booklet and flipping to a page or back through to find the one I was doing. There are different exercises on some of the bands, so I kept those in front of me as well to grab. The nice thing is that the bands lie flat so the exercises can be easily seen. The bold colors and white contrast of the drawings also help make them easy to see while exercising.There is definitely a difference in the resistances of the different colors which was great, because on a couple exercises I found that I could use heavier resistance. I'm looking forward to moving up on all my exercises as I get stronger.These are of excellent quality and actually better than I thought they would be. I absolutely love having the exercises on them.Also, I loved the personal touch that MVN included by inserting a "Thank You" note. It turns out that they are a small start-up, family-owned business. I'm so glad to support them rather than a large corporation! Found these after loads of research, and they’ve been awesome so far. The bands are 2” wide and 1’ long and gives a perfect amount of stretch for my workouts (5’ 6” 185lbs male). Good range of resistance. The black one is surprisingly strong, which I appreciate - it gives me a resistance to work up to. The printed movements on the bands ended up being pretty useful. The rubber is consistent, no tears or weak points I’ve seen. The pouch is nice. 5 stars. ### ⭐⭐⭐ They're OK....but slippery *by K***D on Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2019* I use resistance bands a ton and mainly for glute workouts so I was excited to have a set at home when I couldn't make it to the gym. I loved that they had printed workout suggestions on them but my only complaint is that they aren't grippy enough and slip during the exercises, specifically fire hydrants and banded kickbacks.
