Shocking product bought it collected it straight in the bin1st of all the screen dosent display like others have said2nd if you push the lock too far in you will not be getting it back out

After the device arrived over a week late, the charging port broke (as in, it broke off of whatever part of the device it was supposed to be attached to and disappeared further into the casing) at the first attempt to plug in the charging cable. Rendering the device unusable.Maybe that's for the best...
