Good product for the price!
The RinoGear screen protectors are doing a good job for me on my old Apple Watch 3. It was getting pretty scratched up and the protector makes most of that invisible. I had to wait longer than the video recommended to press down the sides and corners, and I really shouldn’t have immediately started wearing the watch as I had an issue with the corners lifting up. I should have waited to be sure it was fully dry and adhered-my fault! I was able to slightly moisten one corner, wait a half minute or so for the material to soften, then press and hold it against the watch for a few minutes until it adhered well. I repeated this on the other three corners and haven’t had an issue since. These aren’t the expensive, bevel-edged screen protectors you can find for way more money (and mostly for much more current models!) but they do cover almost the entire screen. Many of the tempered glass screen protectors only cover the completely flat portion, stopping way short of full protection. If you run your finger over the edge of this you can feel it, and maybe it won’t last forever. So I say….. I have 5 more in the package for almost no cost, and next time I’ll be much better at applying it!

What I needed and expected. Be PATIENT and read the directions!
Read the directions for applying the shield. Watch application videos. Be patient when applying it. If you do that, the application is really easy. I used a cup of water with a drop or two of dish washing soap to moisten my hands and dip the shield instead of using a spray bottle. Why go to all the trouble to load a spray bottle? And another thing is that you're not adding a bunch of bubbles by dispensing the soapy water through a sprayer. I think that was an excellent recommendation that I haven't read in the directions on any other products. If you don't add a lot of soapy bubbles, you don't have to get rid of them. I didn't have any issues with bubbles by using this method. Gently smooth the shield down with the small card included. Do not press down the edges at this point. Then wait. Wait about 15 minutes BEFORE smoothing down the edges. By doing that, you're allowing the shield to dry and stick to the watch face. The edges also become stickier as they dry. Gently smooth the edges down one at a time. Then I held it firmly in my hand to give all the edges a moment to stick. Then WAIT! Leave it alone. It's best to let it sit overnight before wearing it, but give it at least three hours. Mine has been on over a week and has no bubbles nor any sign of lifting at the edges. It's doing a great job of protecting my watch face and edges. When it shows too much wear, I'll apply a new one. After all they give you six. But I've never had to replace my iPhone and iPad films, so who's to say? As an aside, I've used one glass shield protector on a device. Drop a device once or twice and those shields easily crack. So I knew I didn't want that for my watch, and my watch has curved edges. I've always kept HD protective films on my iPhones and iPads because they do an awesome job of protecting the glass. I've never had a shattered screen when using a protective film, and I drop my poor iPhone at least one a day. So far, so good. I'm pleased and have what I want.

It's tricky!
I gave up trying to find anywhere to install the Zagg glass protection, and after reading the reviews.. probably a good bullet to miss. These screen protectors are super tricky to install. The good news is- follow the directions to the Youtube installation guide. While I have a bad habit of never reading instructions.. the frustration level trying on my own was a fail. The guide was actually brilliant and worked the first time. I'm only using the first of the 6. The cover is durable and visually not ugly. The corners are starting to show a bit of wear, but not out of the ordinary. I have 5 more to replace it once it becomes necessary. This is a fine, sturdy product. It protects the watch face- which is what it is supposed to do. I have zero complaints.. but do watch the installation video. It will save you some angst.

A low cost screen protector with high value results
So at Christmas my spouse and I gifted each other Apple Watches both size 38 and 42. Never having had an Apple Watch before, it was pretty irritating finding a screen protector with decent reviews. Most screen protectors that initially pop up in a search have pretty spread out reviews so I wasn't sure which to buy. Then I came across this Screen protector from RinoGear and I couldn't be happier. First off, the price may be cheap, but the quality and value is not. The kit comes with a total of 6 protectors which have decent thickness and feel durable when installing. I installed one initially without reading the instructions (dip in soap water then squeegee out the water when centered), and even my first lazy install looked decent and lasted quite awhile until I decided to install one as instructed. Some of the main complaints that people had from other more popular protectors seem to be acknowledged and improved with this Screen Protector. The protector itself covers not just the flat rectangular surface of the watch, but the curved edges of the screen as well to a certain extent which I feel makes a difference. The other issue that others have had from other brands is that the protector doesn't stick on for long. With this screen protector, they stick on real well and I've yet to have any corners that peel off. I will say that though it is already not recommended to shower with the watch on when taking a hot shower, steam does seem to make the corners peel off a bit. However washing hands frequently has yet to cause a problem with the corners. The first day that I installed the protector I banged the screen accidentally against metal and was very glad that I installed the screen protector. Definitely worth the $$$

At first I had my doubts that this product would work. It didn’t even look like it fit the screen on my 38mm iWatch 3. Watch the instructional video before attempting install. The stiffness of the film while it’s still wet helps align it perfectly. It takes several minutes for the edges to dry up and stick properly around the curve. Trust the process and keep pressing down on the edges. It does end up sticking and wrapping around just fine as it cures. I prefer wet application any how as it leaves room for adjustment. Highly recommended! Better value than the Spigen screen protectors I got prior that lasted maybe 3-5 weeks at most.
