Skywalker Trampolines Spring Pad

So I'm realizing the benefit of maintaining a trampoline pad is not so much for kids trying to walk on the springs (which they shouldn't be regardless), but it's more to protect the trampoline mat attachment points and stitching that fails due to too much sun exposure. Replacing is as simple as throwing in on BEFORE you attach the side wall net to the mat, or you can bring it down over the top by removing one top pole-to-top of the net connection until the entire pad drops in (assuming your netted walls and mat are still together). The box was shipped in it's original box as shown in the picture (no double boxing from Amazon so must have come directly from reseller). The attachment points are elastic straps, which we know over time dry rot but by that point, it's probably time to get a new pad since it will be badly sun damaged. Inside ties to mat loops, and outside ties to outer ring, and breaks in the little overhanging material right where net support poles go. So install was straight forward and looking forward to this one lasting at least another 5 years. I'd recommend this to others.

This trampoline pad had lots of ties, there were some for the inside of the pad along the mat itself and ties to attach it to the frame of the trampoline. I loved how that kept the pad from flipping up in the wind or keeping the pad tight to not allow for little fingers to get pinched in the springs. I did take it down during the winter (we get a lot of snow where I live) and stored it under my covered patio. Then I put it back up this spring. It looks great, lasted the summer beautifully and is ready for a second year. I imagine if I keep taking it down during the winter it will last a few more years.

Easy to install. Was slightly too big. Just very slightly, not worth returning. Is holding up very well with minor adjustment.

Looks like a new trampoline! Guessed at the size because it’s rectangle. Fit perfectly. Definitely a great purchase!

It was a much needed purchase as our old pad was really wore out due to sun and weather. The replacement pad was difficult to install because it is one large piece/circle so I had to remove the netting on the poles first to place the pad down properly. It took longer than expected to install but it was a necessary task. It looks great and the trampoline is once again safe for the kids.
