Mcdavid Elbow Strap W/Pds L2

Never buy this. The received band is different from the picture.

Excellent support....instant relief from tender tennis elbow!

Doing a lot of weighted excersises for Calisthenics I got an injury at my elbow (golfer's elbow syndrome) and I had to considerably reduce the volume and intensity of my training..after that I've been recommended from my physiotherapist to buy a hand/wrist splint support/immobilizer and wear it during the night in order to keep my hand in the rest position and to allow to all my forearm tendons to rest..that helped me but I wass still experiencing pain during my workouts.. later a friend told me about this dual pad elbow band so I decided to give it a try...now after 3weeks that I'm using it I can tell that it really works! I can workout without feel any pain and doing really tough excercises..of course I'm avoiding those that were too bad like all the supinated holds...being sad that I can tell that using the Mc David dual pad band in combination of the hand/wrist splint support it's helping me to heal from the golfer's elbow syndrome.

Qualität ist ok, normal würde ich L brauchen, ist zu eng, schnürt den Arm ab. Habe problemlos eines der beiden Pads entfernt, dann war es ok. Muss meine ursprüngliche Rezension ergänzen, hatte gedacht es wäre zu eng, hat sich als Irrtum erwiesen, es ist gut das es so eng ist, beim spielen sind kaum Schmerzen zu spüren. Habe mittlerweile mehrere, muss ja auch mal gewaschen werden

My forearm is 11.5" and I got a size large. Yes, it's tight, but I think that's kinda the point. I pull the strap to make it even tighter. I wear this while doing activities that normally make my pain flare up, and I would say this cuts the pain by half. Not perfect, but after 9 months of this crap I will take what I can get.
