Item arrived melted, and I can't get a response. I am happy to pay for the product; however, I feel I should get some type of defective discount since I can not use these chocolates as I had initially intended.

Amazon crushes them, buy locally if available.
Like the other reviewers said they need to be packaged better. Half of them were crushed. These need to be shipped in a cardboard box not a bag. You can buy them on Amazon year-round vs only during Valentine's at a local store. Pricey but they taste good. Some don't like the artificial strawberry flavor but I do.
