Has anyone fitted these on a standard kitchen cupboard door without a precut hole by cutting out the hol.if so how did they look from inside?

You need to cut a 12mm deep hole first and put the handle inside to cover the hole, then screw it through the 2 holes hidden at top side, (you needn't cut the hole of screw), and the screws will be hidden in your cupboard door and the handles won't influence inside.
