Amazing. This is natural retinol and safe. You aren't going to overdose on this supplement. I've taken 5 a day for 2 weeks with no ill effects. My pregnant wife took one every other day during her pregnancy and it was complication free. My daughter is VERY healthy. She has performed well in growth and is a super smart and a very talkative little girl. If you have chronic dry eyes, take one of these every other day, it could change your life. Retinol is used in the manufacturing of intestinal and eyeball mucous. It's important for your immune system and skeletal growth and so much more. Please do not be deficient in this nutrient.
