Great taste and quality
Really enjoyed the taste, quality, and texture of this in a cocktail. Can't wait to experiment more, possibly with a variation on a key lime pie dessert! I especially like that this is shelf stable due to the large package size.

my premier experience with yuzu
this was my debut with yuzu. It tasted great. Diluted it with mineral water and made a nice luncheon bev for friends. Tasty.

Super strange consistency, does not mix well in drinks, also tastes a little odd. Not for me.

Not the same
I’ve been purchasing Monin Yuzu Purée since 2022 and have always appreciated its consistency and bold flavor. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down recently. The purée is noticeably thinner than before, the yuzu flavor is much less pronounced, and there is significantly less yuzu peel compared to earlier batches. It no longer delivers the rich, authentic yuzu taste it once did. I hope Monin will look into this and restore the quality that made this product stand out.
