We purchased this product on the 22nd April as a birthday present for my sister but due to COVID we couldn’t get over to her to install. On Saturday (29th May) my husband began installing the lights but unfortunately the plug was faulty so he had to give up. I wrote an email to Aiboo customer service the same day (29/5) advising of the problem and asking if they required the faulty set be returned and assumed the company would reply once the bank holiday weekend was over. Today, Sunday 30th, the doorbell rang and Amazon dropped off a parcel containing a brand new set of lights! That is awesome customer service! My husband plugged in the lights and they all work beautifully with the lovely little remote control. The dimming and brightness function is very very good and the lights look amazing. Thank you so much Aiboo for a lovely product and exceptional customer service. This is definitely a company I would purchase from again.

Great and easy way to add under cabinet lighting. I just stuck mine in place with Parcel tape. You can't see them. Great product. Adds nice warm atmosphere to kitchen And easier than doing proper mains wiring. They just plug in, and have a nice on off switch. I havent used the remote.

I found these lights very easy to install. I put them under my kitchen cabinet with the plug and all the cables running in a gap behind the cabinet up to the top of the cabinet where I have a power socket. I taped the remote on the door at the entrance to turn on and off as I enter the kitchen. I am very happy with the product. After 2 years of owning and using these lights without issues every single day, today, I had an issue with the lights (they would not turn on but when I tried, just flashed on for a split second then immediately turned off). I contacted the seller, but as it is Xmas eve, I was not expecting a reply until after Xmas. I received a response within minutes and the advisor fixed my problem remotely by talking me through the controller reset steps very clearly. I am more than impressed. Most companies, even the most reputable and famous (think apple for computers/phones etc) charge a fortune and do not provide after sales service after 2 years. To receive help and to receive this within minutes of being contacted is beyond incredible. I will always buy from this seller as I am confident with their product and service.

I researched for corner cabinet LED lighting for weeks and came across this set. What can I say except that my wife and I are delighted with this product. The remote control which not only can vary the intensity of the lighting also acts as a timer. Wonderful!
