If you only read one book about the Product Owner role and Scrum, make it this one!
This book has been on my reading list for some time and I finally got round to reading it. I wish I had read it much sooner! Other books have done a good job of defining an Agile Product Manager. This is the first book that has managed to successfully explain the Product Owner role, why it is so important and why it is so often misunderstood. If you want to truly understand what the Product Owner role in Scrum is supposed to be about, this is the book for you. It also does a great job of explaining the Scrum framework. I learnt a lot and will be recommending it to attendees at my classes. Thank you Don & Ralph :-)

A brilliantly written book that cuts through noise
Really enjoyed this book. Lots of practical examples alongside the theory as well as simple illustrations to bring key information to life. I’ll continue to refer back to this to solidify the learnings.

Good book but... is a but.
The book is good but....why you guys not explaining this with more simple words? They explain things very technical and then again give a very simple example....instead of just giving the second more simplest example ......:)) Good book still... but the way they trying to twist words a lot and complicate things doesn't makes sense my friends.

PO concepts explained very well....
The Professional Product owner is one of the best book on Product management I have read. The techniques, examples and the way of explaining complex concepts in simple language is what makes this book THE BEST... :) Ralph, Don - Thank you so much for such a wonderful book....

A Regular Read for Product Owners and Project Managers
Full of helpful and illuminating examples that we can easily relate to. Recommended for every role from Junior Project Managerto Senior Product Owners. I’ll be coming coming back to this book constantly in the next years.

Disappointing print quality
Content is engaging and potentially useful in terms of providing rationale, insight and practical advise on product ownership/management. Really let down by poor quality printing, from around chapter 3 there was partial and whole pages with missing or unreadable content. Returned for refund
