if you are looking to upgrade your stock poor flowing 99-02 8.1 throttle body this harness is what you need. plugs right into a 6,0 vette silver blade intake but you will need to swap the 2 pins on the actuator plug for throttle body to function. stock intake boot will fit but trimming the fan shroud and replacing factory intake is recommend for performance applications. long tube headers with good wires in addition to this throttle body upgrade has increased my mpgs and power so far without a tune. im planning on installing a raylar intake and cleaning up my head ports soon to hit my power numbers. sound increase with all this done on stock system is minimal

I work for a harness manufacturer and I'm an engineer. this adapter threw codes if the harness is jiggled. I depinned what I could and it is clear to me that whoever crimped the GT150 terminals on the 6 way throttle body plug failed to do the job with the right die set or wire strip length. This would NEVER pass my own QC let alone my customers. I bought all new materials and will build this myself with quality parts and tools. This thing is going in the scrap bin the only useful part of it is to see the schematic. As a bonus, it is a lot of fun to go into limp mode in the middle of traffic because some crappy terminals and tools were used.

Worked flawlessly. Pinned correct out of the box. LS2 throttlebody on a C5.

2 Wires pulled out of there terminal, cause they were not crimped properly

Good tuners are really busy this time of year. Took me a while to get this and my new GM Silver Blade ($$$) TB over to the tuner to install. He calls me and says the adapter is throwing codes. One of the pins on the two pin connector broke. I'm not sure if this was installer error, bent pin or was defective at this point? I looked in the other end of the connector (on the car) for the piece that broke off and there is nothing there. They installed one of their adapters and the car is working fine. I'm past the 30 window of return... Bummer. Other than the broken pin, was a good price with laser fast shipping (next day).

Works great. Used to put a ls2 throttle body on a lq9. If you have a 99-02 truck you have to swap the yellow and black pins for the actuator.
