Worked to lighten my teeth, but I couldn’t use the included tray, it’s too loose with no back so it doesn’t hold the product in, plus it’s not moldable, I tried. Doesn’t really matter to me though, I have some moldable trays I used this with and worked great with them. I consider the stain mouthwash just an added bonus, I have no idea if it will work and no good way to test it, but for the price all I wanted was the whitening tube anyways, you get a lot for the money. I noticed it slightly burning my gums a bit, just some minor white peroxide burns in a couple areas along my gumline after a few days of 20 minute twice daily use, so that tells me it’s just the right concentration of peroxide. I recommend getting some cheap moldable trays and just throwing the included tray out, it’s too lose, your mouth just fills with saliva and washes the whitener out, plus you can’t open your mouth like you can with individual moldable trays. Great deal for the whitener alone though.

It works if you’re consistent with it. Obviously have to use it longer than 5 minutes. The longer you use it on your teeth the better the results. If it touches your gums for too long it will turn them white but it will go away. The key is just applying for consecutive days. Takes time to open up the pores in your teeth to leech the stain out so just be consistent. Well worth the money. Other stuff works faster for a much higher price but in the end same results.

I'm updating my stars for the company, not the product. The company stood by its name and customer base. They reached out to me. The tips they gave me did not work, so they refunded my money. I want to give more stars for the product because a few years ago it was great, but something has changed. Too liquidy When I bought this a few years ago when it was gel. It works. I followed the directions from the seller on how to make it not liquid. Nothing works. This is hard to put in the mouth tray when it is water. I stand over the sink with the mouth tray on so the liquid will not bleach my top or rug. I know this works for whitening the teeth. But I need the mouth guard to help make that happen, and with liquid in the form of water, that is not an option. I gave this quite a bit of time and tried everything they mentioned, even looking at reviews to see if there was any help. Does it bleach? Yes, Can you use the mouthguard? Not with liquid in the form of water.

This item was not even full in the tube ! $11.00 for a tiny empty tube . I think it’s old and I did put on my tooth tray and set into my lower bridge and it doesn’t even have the sensation of the “ whitening product “ working .. I used this years ago and thought I will go back .. So very disappointed! Don’t buy this product! Definitely old on shelf or something …

This is a great product, I have been using this for years and always had good results. This use to be sold at Walmart but I haven't seen it at Walmart so I found it on Amazon. If you purchase it and when you open it it's watery, close it back up and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours then the next day take it out and let it get back to room temperature and it will be gel again. I use Crest 3D white toothpaste and 5 mins whitening (this product) 3 times a week, and it's amazing. Customer service is awesome if you are having issues with it contact Amazon (before your return window) and they will give you a refund.

It works ok, takes a few attempts to get teeth whiter. … but the gel slides out so fast…it’s very liquidy and hard to control. Oozes out too fast.

I have been using this product for a decade, love it. I always go back to it. This product is so easy and fast to use even when I’m in a rush in the morning before going to work I have time to do this.

The product functions excellently. Everything was included in the box, and I have no complaints.
