Super easy to set up with the clear instructions. Alarm works well and is audible so you can't miss taking your medication. I think that it would also be great for setting 'change of activity' times eg if you are doing revision and should take regular brain breaks, or for disabled people like me to ensure that you move or reposition yourself to avoid pressure sores or just seizing up!
