Very good heater, recharge water really quick and very minimal heat loss over time. Has a anti legionella function which is a big plus, you can safelys set temperature lower and save a lot of energy, because the heater will run automatically a anti-legionella cycle once every month heating the tank at 70° for 1 hour to keep it sterile. Far more efficient than the old systems you had to keep over 60° day and night for no reason. I can already tell from the smart meter that this unit consumes about 1/4 or less than our previous ancient immersion heater. Also this can run pressurized so I had the plumber to remove the unnecessary water tank and freed up space in the loft. I installed following the manufacturer specifications. Few extra bits are required, either from old installation or buying separate. I didn't buy these extra parts from Ariston because they are crazy expensive and not even Ariston brand. Highly recommended

Very good for one tap quick hot water supply

I had a significant issue with water taking ages to get to the kitchen sink and our cloakroom from our combi boiler. Fitted this under the kitchen sink and ran a supply to the cloakroom sink as well. Hot water is now instant, I've now connected it to our dishwasher that can have hot or cold supply and it's cut the length of the cycle down from 55min to less than 20min. Wish I'd of fitted this years ago.

My boat is on a shore line its a 70ft narrowboat and this unit is just brilliant. I actually added it to the hot water system that already has an instant gas hot water boiler on it and put taps on so I can switch between this unit and the gas boiler. It looks very smart, fitted nicely under the sink, works very nicely and the water is instant and hot (actually we turned it down). Not had it that long yet but so far very impressed.

Good quality item. Lots of features. The water comes out really hot. Variable settings for the temperature of water you want. No leaks and easy to fit.

expensive but really good

Easy to instal and does the job. Problem is—6 months after installing it the tank has rusted and leaks. This is the second Ariston under counter water heater I’ve installed and both have had identical problems. Fool me once—shame on you. Fool me twice—well……I won’t be buying a third Ariston under counter water heater.
