Is this unit defective, or am I doing something wrong?** A: If your talking about the spaghetti cutter I have same issue but I believe pulling each strand into two pieces is the angel hair pasta. Mine does cut and leaves a line down the middle. This is why I say tearing apart is angel hair pasta. **Q: Why does this machine come with no instructions? But the turn handle keeps falling out every time you let go of it then you have to chase it across the floor or the table.
