Great price for an ash bucket. Obviously time will tell if it stands the test...

This item arrived today and looks lovely. A good design and very attractive and fit for purpose. 1 small objection, it was packaged appallingly! Ordered with another itam and the 2 were placed in a really huge box with no padding... hence my bucket arrived completely the wrong shape and I had to reshape it to fit the lid. Box had also ripped open as not strong enough for contents!

If I saw it in a shop I wouldn’t have bought it. The metal isn’t good quality (my previous one was better) it had a couple of small bashes in it which I’ve been able to make better by just pressing through from the other side (which isn’t ideal but it has made them better) very dusty too. Should really have returned it quite frankly I’ll just hide it down the side of the sofa. Whilst I did look at the measurements it is larger than expected. No, I wouldn’t recommend this item.

Simple to assemble and looks nice.

It is a nice set and I'm happy with most of it all .the only thing that lets it down really is the brushes , as the brush hears come out the end and are a bit to stiff and splay out making them fall out a bit 😔 .I think they could be a bit shorter and a lot softer as it would stop it all flicking every were when sweeping up.but apart from that,a very nice set.😊

Zwar werde ich den Kaufpreis zurückerstattet bekommen, weil der Eimer beschädigt bei mir angekommen ist: voller Dellen, Knicke, die schwarze Beschichtung zum Teil abgeplatzt, der längliche Holzgriff zerkratzt/zerlöchert und der runde Holzgriff ganz ab, die Befestigungsschraube fehlend. Aber dieser schlechte Zustand (außer an den Holzgriffen, wo er andere Ursachen hat und mich besonders verwundert) ist vor allem Folge des äußerst sparsamen Materialeinsatzes - schon beim sanften Anfassen können sich stellenweise Dellen bilden und alle Knicke sind potenielle Komplett-Bruchstellen - die dann ganz scharfkantig würden und auch noch eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellen würden. Also die Materialstabilität entspricht geschätzt in etwa der einer Alu-Getränkedose, und ähnlich dünn erscheint es. Dafür ist der Eimer viel zu teuer. Schade, denn gut aussehen tut er (wenn er nicht verbeult usw. ist) durchaus - deshalb noch 2 Sterne, nur für das optische Design.
