Make sure the frequencies are correct on both. Programming the key pad should not knock out the remotes. You might try calling the manufacture also.

Just like my other two

Needed a third remote for my son’s vehicle and this is just like our other two. Super easy to link to the two door openers and was completed in less than five minutes. Highly recommend for those with the Hormann Silentdrive door openers.
