Missing Pins

Each pack of pins were missing some. The solid blue jw.org pins only had a quantity of 8, and the other 3 packs only had a total of 9 in each. Very disappointed because I purchased one before and 2 were missing out of one of the packs. I would like the missing buttons replaced.
