Review: Great quality doggy play pen! - This is very well made, super sturdy and easy to fold up flat while completely put together, to store behind our couch if needed. We used it for our Chiweenie puppy who can jump super high. He never tried to get out or jump over and he seems much happier in it than a crate when we had to leave. Now that he is completely house trained and stays out when we are gone, the door is great because we leave it open and he likes to go in and nap occasionally or play with his babies. It's kinda his own little hang out spot if he needs it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product or buy another one if we needed it. I purchased the black because in my opinion it looks nice and more like the much more expensive ones. I feel the white ones in other brands look kinda cheap. I can't speak for white in this brand.

**Q: is the black color metal or plastic?**
A: durable molded plastic

**Q: How large of a space inside?**
A: It's 37 x37 inches so almost 9feet of space inside. I bought it to stop my dog from peeing on the edge of the pad.  Plenty of room for all 3 of my small dogs. Bought reuseable pads that fit fairly well inside. Its nice because i can pick the whole thing up and it folds so place in shower and hose down when i need to.  Fir me it was a good pyrchase.

**Q: Buy a mat placed at the bottom of the cage is large, what size mat suitable for the base of this cage?**
A: I bought a repeatable machine washable pads, 36" by 36" size put the bottom of the cage is very suitable, puppy pee is also very easy to see, my puppy very much like, highly recommended, I bought this link in Amazon

**Q: Is there a bottom that fits this?**
A: You can find fabric washable puppy mats on Amazon that fit this playpen. I have not found a hard plastic that is fitted to this BUT I discovered that if you look up "under sink silicone tray" the 34" wide trays fit PERFECTLY and they have a lip and are super easy to clean. These are meant to line the inside of your sink cabinet incase it ever leaks, they have a holding range or 2-3 gallons. They are usually about 34inx22 in so the space not covered is where I keep my dogs bed and it has saved my floors for over a year.

Great size for my tiny Chihuahua puppy. Very sturdy and good quality. Low enough that I can reach in to pick her up and change bowls and potty pads. Easy to snap together. The gate is easy to lock and open. I highly recommend!
