Challenger Fragrance Free Cream Pomade is exactly what I was looking for. It gives a solid, natural hold without making my hair stiff or crunchy. The finish is low to medium shine, so it looks styled but not greasy. The fragrance free part is a big plus. There’s no lingering scent competing with cologne or bothering sensitive skin. It applies easily, spreads evenly through the hair, and washes out without a struggle. It works well for everyday styles and still has enough control to keep everything in place. If you want something reliable, simple, and scent free, this is a great option. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

I never write reviews, but this stuff is great. I think its a little odd that it is specifically listed as "men's" as though only a man would want to create texture with firm hold for their hairstyle. The things I love most about this product are 1) it is completely unscented. I wish more products were unscented because scent sensitivity and allergies are rampant and the world is smelly enough without adding yet another scented product to it. 2) It really adds fantastic texture and has a great firm hold. I have fine hair that is always looking for an excuse to go limp and be flat...this stuff gives me great volume and holds all day with no issues, even in super high heat and humidity. I think the biggest learning curve for me was taking a little, pea sized scoop out and making sure to rub it into my fingertips until there was no more white showing, it was just clear, then apply it to the roots and then the chunks here and there I want to hold and texture. It washes off hands fast and easy with just water and a little soap and it washes out of hair super easy also. I don't use conditioner in my hair and i do not find this product overly drying at all. I was afraid to order this because I've gone through so many products that just don't work and it's such a waste, but this stuff is awesome. I've ordered it twice now and I'm writing this review because I want this company to stay in business and keep making this fabulous unscented hair goop! If you are someone who has to use unscented products out of necessity- then you probably know how limited the choices are when it comes to hair products and the ones you do find are usually a massive compromise- this one isn't! It's really great quality stuff that works perfectly! No compromise! (Maybe this company will start making unscented hairspray that doesn't suck too!!! 🤞).

I love this cream pomade . It’s the best of all the pomades I have ever used. I won’t try anything else anymore. It’s super thick. It tames the frizz better than any other pomade even in humid weather . It has a flexible hold, it’s fragrance free and it’s not greasy . It mixes well with products. This product checks all the boxes. I hope they don’t stop making this product or change the ingredients. I would be so disappointed. I just purchased 2 more from the company because I don’t know if they’’ll stop making it. I won’t buy more because I believe it has a shelf life. And it’s above my budget but I like it that much .

I especially like that this cream has no fragrance. I study a lot of health information, and the health experts are clear and unequivocal about the dangers of the fragrances in our products. I am a woman and I bought this product after a short haircut gave me a bad case of the "spikes." My straight hair was sticking up all over like I had a bad case of static electricity. That's just the way it falls with this short hairdo. This product has good hold but not great hold. I would prefer something stronger, but this was the strongest I could find and it has significantly stronger hold than a gel product I bought. A long time ago I had a hair wax by Jason brand; it had that magnificent hold I need, but I could no longer find it. This is a good enough replacement, and when I need to look good I am pleased to have this. I don't feel like I am harming my health by using it; the product has a clear, pure feeling. My brain is more important to me than my hair, so that is a priority.

Glad I found this product and tried it. It’s easy to scoop and put into my hair, and the hold lasts all day. I like that it’s fragrance free, too. Overall solid and good product.

It's unscented but this pomade caused me to have a terrible eczema/seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff flare. If you have sensitive skin, be careful! It has these malassezia unsafe ingredients: Esters: glyceryl stearate, peg-100 stearate, isostearyl hydroxystearate, methyl glucose sesquistearate Fatty Acids: polyhydroxystearic acid Fatty Acids Lipids: euphorbia cerifera (candelilla) wax, carnauba copernicia cerifera (carnauba) wax Also, it is not medium-firm hold. It's light-medium hold at best.

Have tried a lot of hair styling products over the past few years, and this one has quickly topped my list. I appreciate that the hold lasts all day and that application is easy. Looks good, no greasiness (hard to come by with a lot of other pomades). And the no artificial fragrance makes it that much better. Am glad I found it!

Good product, goes on easily, does the job, but when it dries it becomes hard and sticky. If you are looking for a cream hair spray, this does it. But if you are looking for a cream that stays a cream and is soft and gentle, try something else.

I've been using hair styling products for years but they always cause some degree of acne breakouts on my forehead since I have sensitive skin. Since I bought this pomade, there have been no pimples growing on my skin even after I sweat during the day. The product does its job well by holding your hair, depending on how much you put of course. So far, I really like it.
