Work well, but stick together.
I like the flavor of these gummies, and I can tell they are helping with my fingernails. They grow more than usual without splitting. I love the strawberry flavor. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because they tend to stick together in one big blob in the bottle. I have to shake the bottle up and down to know some loose each day. I have other gummies that do this, so it may just be something the manufacturer can't control. Or it may be due to high humidity in my state. It won't prevent me from taking them!
