Can this work on gateron switches?

Yes. This set fits all MX style switches (that includes Gateron). Pull a keycap off your board and if the switch underneath has a basic cross pattern, you're good.

Can these work on outmenu switches?

Yea it looks like Outemu uses MX stems.

will it fit a brown switch rk61?

I have the rk61 with brown switches, the keys do technically fit but they’re REALLY tight, to the point that I’m concerned the keycaps may be damaging to the switches. You have to really force them down hard otherwise there will be bleed through from the lights and it won’t look right because the keys will sit higher than it’s supposed to. This doesn’t seem to be a issue only for rk keyboards, but all keyboards. Also, the space doesn’t seem to align well, takes a lot of pressure to push down all the way (damaging) and is the hardest keycap to remove… the bigger the key the harder to remove. Finally the 3 keys on the bottom right of the rk61 are not configured the same, so depending on the set of Keycaps you buy this could be very noticeable (I got the rainbow set and it’s very noticeable), you could reconfigure the keys if you’re using it wired I suppose but for me this is just the straw that broke the camels back so I will be returning this set. It’s not worth damaging my keyboard for cheap keycaps.
