I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase of the Victrola Nostalgic 6-in-1 Bluetooth Record Player & Multimedia Center. Not only is the product itself a superb fusion of retro charm and modern technology, but the customer service experience is equally remarkable. Upon receiving the item, I encountered an issue with the plug adapter. However, the seller demonstrated what can only be described as stellar customer care. They ensured a replacement was sent out immediately, and to my delight, it arrived the very next day. The communication throughout this process was clear, prompt, and reassuring, reflective of the seller's dedication to customer satisfaction. As for the record player, it is a nostalgic masterpiece. Being able to play our treasured cassettes from the 80s has brought back a flood of fond memories. The system's vintage look, complete with built-in speakers, adds a touch of classic elegance to our living space, and its functionality transports us back to a time when music was the heart of our home. Delivery was quick, it looks amazing, not had chance to set it up yet, doing it at the weekend, can't wait, love it so far, would definately buy from this supplier again. Will see if I can review again after I've used it at the weekend.

Please read the Edit below. It's a good speaker but with a critical flaw. Go elsewhere. The speaker has some sort of power saving mode that will cut it off after 15 minutes or so when you are using the Bluetooth or radio etc (don't think it effects the record playing function). If you are having an issue with the power this is probably why, you have to press the play-pause button to get it to turn back on again, not the power button. Absolutely ridiculous that isn't in the instructions but there you go! I've sent an email to the customer support people at Victorola to ask if there is anyway to turn this off... Because I don't want to have to stop every 15 minutes while listening on Bluetooth to press the play button and get it reconnected! Edit: Have sent an email to the support team and was told there is a no way to turn off the standby mode. So effectively if listening via Bluetooth you're going to have to get up and reconnect every 15 minutes! Awful design flaw.

I didn't have massive expectations of this product, partly due to other reviews. I just wanted a nice little (beautiful looking) record player. To play vinyl records on. Well, I got it. At first it was not playing vinyl records because the needle was bouncing all over the place. But (having read the reviews) I'd already bought better quality stylus. The Bluetooth (streaming via my phone) is amazing and I find myself using this more than I had ever intended. The tape player is awful. Maybe it's just the one I got, or maybe not, because I never really ever played tapes so I only had a couple of poor quality tapes to try on it. I've never done tapes. But the 2 tapes I had were clicky and noisy and it literally snapped one of them. But as I said, that may have been the tape quality not the player. I don't know. I WOULD recommend this equipment. I use vinyl records, CD's and Bluetooth and it's beautiful. Obviously it isn't the greatest quality of all time, as you do get what you pay for, but it looks amazing and sounds fine. I'm very happy. Well worth it, in my opinion.

Easy to set up, great to listen to and a nice piece of furniture. Very satisfied customer.

Record player is very sensitive to the slightest nick or scratch so I've ordered a better cartridge in the hope this fixes the problem. CD playback is fine but be warned, if you have any continuous play albums, the player inserts a slight gap between tracks, which ruins the effect. Radio is acceptable if you can position the wire aerial correctly. No issues with bluetooth connection. In summary, voice broadcasts and older recordings sound good on this thanks to the very slight distortion introduced by its limited amp and speakers. Newer recordings I tend to play through my soundbar instead. It's a shame you can't get this retro look but with better sounding components. It was the overall look I wanted and I wasn't disappointed.

Non dobbiamo ovviamente aspettarci un apparato di fascia alta, né un suono a livello Hi-Fi: per il prezzo pagato, tuttavia, le prestazioni sono più che onorevoli, prestazioni che, in abbinamento all’estetica “retrò”, ne fanno un valido dispositivo di riproduzione musicale, nonché un piacevole pezzo di arredamento.

C'est un système audio design qui se fond dans une ambiance que nous souhaitons chaleureuse et cosy. Produit reçu dans les 36 heures suivant la commande. Emballage nickel. Aussitôt déballé, on trouve le produit très joli, qualité du bois et du métal, style rétro/vintage assumé et imparable. C'est bien un objet déco en tant que tel. Une fois installé, on met la radio et c'est tout de suite chaleureux. Côté audio à ce prix on ne s'attend pas à être bluffé par le son, mais c'est très honnête pour une ambiance sonore. Le style rejoint la musique pour du Piaf ou un fond jazzy! Si on se trouve limités par la puissance des baffles, il y a toujours possibilité de connecter à un autre système audio par sortie RCA. La polyvalence est top : radio (dont le réglage type compte tour par potentiomètre est sympa à manipuler), vinyle, CD, connexion possible d'un smartphone par bluetooth et même cassette auto reverse... ça prend tout. Pas de télécommande qui serait de toute façon inutile, affichage et boutons limités à l'essentiel, clairs, simples et efficaces. Maintenant on attend le sapin de Noël pour s'installer bien au chaud avec le fond musical qui va bien!

It’s a great unit, but the only issue is having to rebalance the turn table. Whatever you do, do not remove the screw behind the turntable, you’ll need it for different record weights.
