My Norfolk Pine arrived in perfect condition. It’s beautiful and healthy. It’s a replacement for a tree I’d had for years. I decorated it for every holiday. When I moved I left it behind with a friend because I didn’t think it would travel well. I was reluctant to order a tree online, but I’m SO happy I did! I would definitely order from Costa Farms again. I’d feel very comfortable sending gifts to others through them as well.

Ordered on Cyber Monday and a perfectly packaged 4 ft tree arrived 2 days later. The tree is a full 4 feet tall from the bottom of the pot, nice and full with no broken or brown branches. It looks exactly like the pictures. While the soil was dry on arrival, the plant was green and very healthy from top to bottom. Watered it well before putting it in a pot. Absolutely thrilled to get exactly what I hoped for with this order - it really makes the holidays and was extremely convenient. Absolutely recommend.

The plants itself is healthy and looks nice! The only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 is because the soil was all over, and the pot is filthy. I’ve cleaned it and it still looks crappy. For this price, I’ll buy a new pot, it’s not that big of a deal. But if the pot is a big deal for ya, think about maybe planning to get your own.

I'm very torn on this review rating. The pine overall is adorable and I love the idea. It was packaged really well so no damage in shipping. But some of the ends are blackened/dead, there doesn't appear to be enough soil (which I get it's more of a decoration but even for decoration, the lack of soil makes the plant tip even with the wooden rod provided), and there are little gnats (or some small type of gnat looking insect that I'll need to address before it gets out of hand and goes else where in my house. I assume it's mother nature or moisture etc which I understand hence why I didn't freak out when I opened it and they were crawling around in the soil. Overall, I think by the packaging care, the plants "once was" look, I think it could be a great product and I may try to buy again... As maybe weather conditions or just one lesser batch? So, Id recommend the pine. Just wanted my experience noted as well, just in case it wasn't a one time occurrence.

I love this tree! It's a beautiful full tree and comes in a nice basket. The tree arrived in perfect condition because they are so well packed for shipping. If you have a small space, or just want a small tree this one is an excellent choice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the tree. It was well packaged for travel. In a big Ole box also wrapped with paper around the tree. They put a dowel in the box to make sure the plant wouldn't get crushed when the shipper tossed it somewhere upside-down! The tree got was easily twice as wide as the one in the photo and a bit taller. It looks healthy . Im very happy with this purchase!

Plant arrived alive and in excellent condition but lovely little pot was in about 17 pieces! Shattered!
