Didn’t work for long. The spin knob stopped turning it on. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a new one. Great service. Will add to review at a later time.

Doesn’t work that great, gets hot but the curls aren’t that great

The media could not be loaded. My hair is finally getting a few inches past my shoulders, so I ordered a larger curling iron - the 1 and 1/4 in barrel. Posting pictures of the curl as I feel like that’s the unknown. I typically get an extremely pricey titanium plated straightener as anything less is going to leave my hair fried looking. This curling iron is a fraction of the cost and is just as smoothing, without straightening it first and glides easily through your hair. I especially like the little legs on the end that allow me to sit it on my counter without worry of burning my house down as the heated part remains off the surface. I don’t place a mat under it and can keep it on for over 30 minutes without a concern of destroying my bathroom countertop.

This curling iron made a popping sound, smelled like an electrical fire, and tripped the breaker in my bathroom while I was curling my hair! I have only had it for 2 months, but that is past the return window with Amazon. I attempted to fill out the return form on Conair's website, but there is a problem with submission every time I hit "submit" and my previously entered information is not saved. I have made 3 attempts with no luck. My previous Conair curling iron lasted years, but I am now questioning the quality and safety of their products, as well as their customer service.
